Make Dinner Mondays #2: Zupa Toscana

This is one of my favorite soup recipes. I found two recipes that I really liked, combined them, and finally developed my own.
Enjoy!
Zupa Toscana


Ingredients
4 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 cooked and cubed russet potatoes
2 cups kale, chopped
1/2 pound shredded and cooked spicy Italian sausage
1/2 package of cooked bacon


Directions
Add all ingredients in a LARGE pot and cover.
Let it come to a boil and simmer for 1 hour. Stir it occasionally.
